Evangeline has been an Idaho resident for 25 years. She is a graduate of both University of Idaho and Boise State University. She has worked as the Clinical Supervisor of a Developmental Disabilities Agency for the last 13 years serving children in Region 3 and 4. In 2015, she was appointed by Governor Otter to serve on the Idaho Behavioral Health Planning Council. She is a former Board member of the Idaho Association of Community Providers. She has been active in her community for over 20 years serving as a precinct committeeman, a legislative chair and touring the state doing voter outreach and engagement. She is an avid fundraiser and volunteer for local non-profits and former coach and president of Little League.
